• Promote and sell company services including Hajj & Umrah packages, air tickets, visa processing, and related travel services.

• Develop new customer relationships and maintain strong communication with existing clients.

• Assist in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve sales targets.

• Handle client queries through phone, email, and face-to-face communication with professionalism.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and social media promotions to enhance business growth.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management.

• Maintain proper records of sales activities and client information.

• Support the management in achieving business goals by contributing innovative ideas
