∎ Extensive knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS) and ticket lifecycle management.

∎ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to inquiries from customers and travel agents regarding air travel bookings
∎ Use global distribution systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport to search for, book, and modify flight itineraries
∎ Process ticket issuance, reissues, exchanges, and voids in the GDS
∎ Must have practical experience and knowledge about group tickets (manpower, Hajj/Umrah tickets)
∎ Provide recommendations to customers on flight options, pricing, and airline policies
∎ Assist with resolving complex customer issues and complaints related to air travel
∎ Maintain detailed records of all bookings, ticket transactions, and customer interactions
∎ Stay up-to-date on airline schedules, routes, fares, and fare rules
∎ Must expert using BSP link.
∎ Train and mentor junior reservation agents on GDS procedures and best practices.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable air travel professional to join our team as a Air Ticket Reservation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for booking airline reservations, as well as managing the full lifecycle of issued tickets, including reissues, exchanges, and voids.
