Responsibilities & Context:

1. Develop Marketing Strategies

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Create monthly/quarterly marketing plans aligned with restaurant goals.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage restaurant’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Run paid ads and promotions to increase reach and engagement.

Respond to customer queries/reviews online in a timely manner.

3. Branding & Promotions

Design and execute promotional campaigns (discounts, happy hours, festival offers).

Coordinate with designers/photographers for attractive content (menu photos, food videos, banners).

Ensure consistent branding in all communications.

4. Customer Engagement

Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Build loyalty programs, membership cards, or referral offers.

5. Event & Partnership Marketing

Organize food festivals, influencer visits, and special events.

Collaborate with delivery platforms (Foodpanda, Pathao Food, HungryNaki) for promotions.

Partner with local businesses, universities, or offices for group deals.

6. Market Research & Reporting

Monitor competitor activities and local food trends.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, sales growth, and ROI.

7. Offline Marketing

Supervise printing and distribution of flyers, banners, and posters.

Manage in-house branding (menu boards, table tents, digital screens).
