Responsibilities & Context:
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer demand, and competitor activities Explore new business opportunities and potential markets
Client Development & Relationship Management
- Identify and develop new clients, dealers, and distributors Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers Provide marketing support to the sales team
Product Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in product pricing based on market conditions and cost analysis Present product features, benefits, and unique selling points (USP) to customers Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities
Order & Sales Coordination
- Follow up on customer orders and ensure smooth order processing Coordinate with purchase, supply chain, accounts, and logistics departments Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Negotiation & Deal Closing
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients Support management in closing business deals and long-term contracts
Reporting &Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management
Brand Management
- Maintain and promote the company’s brand image in the market Ensure professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- Import–Export Support (if applicable)
- Assist in preparing quotations, PI, and basic LC-related documentation Communicate with foreign suppliers or buyers when required
