Job Responsibilities:
∎ responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers.
∎ Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
∎ Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues
∎ Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement
∎ Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs
∎ Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
∎ Plan and carry out direct marketing activities, create new customers, increase sales volume, and work to achieve the plan.
∎ Communicate with the client on a regular basis. have to daily field visit and make day to day Activity
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of customer visits and sales activities. Reports update to the authority on a regular basis.
∎ Making Appointments with existing and potential customers and visiting them to sell products. Keeping communication and building good relations with clients.
∎ Convincing the customers and finalizing the deal professionally by identifying customers' needs.
∎ Work with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategy and be able to work with a team.
∎ To arrange collection, forecasting and analysis of the market data for operating & updating marketing plans.
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members.
∎ Achieve targets assigned by management.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years in field marketing

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
