∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
agro based farm, Sales & Marketing, seed marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create strong dealer, retailer network for successful seed business
∎ To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target by quantity and values
∎ To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly collection target as per the forecasting
∎ To maintain distribution channel, customer accounts, stocks & sales order processing
∎ To implement different company policies & strategies at effective way to the customer end
∎ To arrange different promotional program to generate vegetable seeds product demand at end user level
∎ To monitor and supervision of different trial and demonstration plots, time to time data collection, records keeping and submission to company's Headquarter
∎ To maintain strong relationship along with the DAE, BADC, GO's and NGO's
∎ To build up strong relationship along with the customers to achieve the goal
∎ To do other task which is assigned by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in seed sales will be an advantage
∎ Driving motorcycle with valid driving license will be an advantage.
