∎ Skills Required: Creative content writing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Plan, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Sales & Marketing, Team working, typing skill in English and Bangla

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Heavy Construction Equipment, Marketing and Sales of Industrial Equipments Machineries., Sales Marketing, Sales promotion
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to have knowledge of content writing and marketing plan. Expert in digital marketing, excel, powerpoint, MS word, English and Bangla typing. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and email for marketing of our products.
∎ Ensure individual sales targets set by departmental head are met.
∎ Involves developing a business relationship with buyer.
∎ Gather competitor information/activities.
∎ Recording Client information & reporting to superior.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to supervisors.
∎ To build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Prepare daily work report.
∎ To prepare Monthly target and also monthly target vs. achievement report in the basis of collection individuals.
∎ To act as a pro-active team player and increase the sales volume through efficient marketing.
∎ Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
∎ Make a routine visit to all potential customers/organizations and create new prospects
∎ Ensure proper product detailing to the customers.
∎ Actively participate in scheduled internal daily and monthly sales meetings with the Owner.
∎ Achieving sales target given by the authority.
∎ Willingness to do outdoor work & able to travel extensively.
∎ Collect market information which helps to take strategic decision for company and responsible for develop corporate sales.
∎ Arrange product demonstrations; provide support in other marketing and service campaigns.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
