∎ Age 20 to 27 years 4 -5 years of sales experience in Pesticide & fertilizer.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Familiarity with rural markets and agricultural cycles.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell products, and other agro inputs.
∎ Visit farms/field agro-stores, and markets to build relationships and drive sales.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and educate farmers on proper usage.
∎ Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
∎ Identify opportunities, Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
∎ Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
∎ Develop and manage strong relationships with key potential clients.
∎ Provide technical support and delivery presentations/ training sessions to clients/farmers.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback to refine and optimize the strategy.
∎ Ensure timely reporting , updates and sales forecasting.
∎ Prepare annual budget for marketing campaign.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in fertilizer production process.
∎ Self-motivate with the ability to work independently and travel regularly.
