Job Context
The person will be responsible for the overall Administrations & operations of Production.

Job Responsibilities
To prepare a daily production plan. To follow-up production with quality.
To coordinate with the Others factory.
Responsible for all activities from production to delivery.
Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within a given time-frame.
To follow-up and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
Supervise the production for the highest level of productivity given by management.
