Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview

The Marketing Officer will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services, enhance brand visibility, and drive patient engagement. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical skills, along with a good understanding of healthcare communication and patient needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

2. Digital Marketing Support

  • Manage social media platforms and post regular updates

  • Assist in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns

  • Track website traffic and digital engagement metrics

3. Content Development

  • Create and coordinate content for brochures, social media, website, and email campaigns

  • Work with medical teams to ensure accuracy of healthcare information

  • Support patient education initiatives through informative content

4. Brand & Communication

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials

  • Assist in organizing promotional events, health camps, and awareness programs

  • Handle basic public relations and communication tasks

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and patient preferences

  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights for improvement

6. Patient Engagement

  • Support initiatives to improve patient acquisition and retention

  • Help manage patient feedback and engagement programs

  • Basic knowledge of healthcare industry practices and ethics
