Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Sales targets on project sales such Achieving Sales targets on project sales.
∎ Candidate should have rich customer relation and database such as Industries,Corporate organizations, multinational organizations etc. to sell HVAC, Fire detection & protection and Electrical sectors.
∎ Corporate organizations, multinational organizations etc. to sell HVAC, Fire detection & protection and Electrical sectors.
∎ Must have good report writing on presentation and power point, manage weekly/monthly meeting with client and management.
∎ Develop proper sales planning in order to increase the business and bring new projects for the company.
∎ Monitor and Analyze market trends, must regularly visit major clients, arrange & attend meeting, maintain follow ups.
∎ Direct visit to different corporate companies & others.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 5 year(s) experience in working in the similar field will be an asset.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Business Development & Corporate Marketing
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
∎ Should be an excellent result oriented dynamic team player with strong analytical skills and attitude.
∎ Good command in communications both spoken and writing in Bengali & English with good Computer literacy
∎ Have a great sense of urgency and go better attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Self -motivated, hardworking and energetic.
