Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets coordinate with dealers, agents and farmers to accomplish target sales.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume & revenue.
∎ Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure on time credit realization.
∎ Visit farmers regularly; guide them to manage crop health and provide medication if necessary.
∎ Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and provide updates to the management timely.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years , particularly in fertilizer & pesticide sales operation.
∎ Have excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ Have good communication, selling, negotiation and persuasive skills.
∎ Adequate knowledge of geographical areas in Bangladesh.
∎ Have excellent computer skill with MS Word, Excel.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
