∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Diploma in Hotel Management
∎ Preference of those who have done training to be baristas and have sufficient knowledge of coffee.
∎ Preference on those who have experience in selling tea or coffee product in the market.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Barista
∎ Skills Required: Barista, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B and B2C sales and marketing, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Door To Door Marketing, FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, Marketing Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Coffee Shop, Food (Packaged)/Beverage
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will go door to door from places like cafe, restaurants, hotels, clubs, individuals and super shops to push sales of our products in their respective market.
∎ Will report daily to their chief for the activity done daily and monthly.
∎ Will report daily to their chief and the accounts the sales and orders they have arranged on a daily and monthly basis.
∎ Will provide feedback and market data based on observations while door to door marketing visit.
∎ Will report any issues with their own clients to the management for recovering the account.
∎ Will day by day increase knowledge of the products such as coffee and their production to help in improving showcasing our products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ It is much preferable that the applicant has 3 years experience in sales of coffee and tea in the market.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ There will be a basic salary and based on performance of sales, incentive based.

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
