Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relation, Customer Support/ Client Service, Excellent customer service skills, Marketing, Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling international tour packages, hotel bookings, and making international tour itineraries and costing.
∎ have to inform about the services provide to the customer online with various travel agency offices.
∎ Interacting with walk-in/telephone/online clients for their all-international travel requirements.
∎ A customer-driven, positive attitude with a proven passion for delivering outstanding service.
∎ Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and service providers to get the best deals and thereby increase the revenue on the files handled.
∎ Sound knowledge in visa processing for the countries, Dubai ,Saudi Arabia ,Oman ,Qatar ,Malaysia etc., and the countries of the First World
∎ Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary.
∎ Have to inform about the services provide to the customer online with various travel agency offices.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
