Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
∎ 02. Analyze data to identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing strategies.
∎ 03. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote rebranded products and achieve business objectives.
∎ 04. Create marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand image and values.
∎ 05. Set measurable goals and KPIs for marketing initiatives and monitor their performance.
∎ 06. Ensure consistent and cohesive branding across all marketing channels and materials.
∎ 07. Oversee the creation and development of brand assets, including packaging, logos, and promotional materials.
∎ 08. Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the market.
∎ 09. Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
∎ 10. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
∎ 11. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
∎ 12. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales tools.
∎ 13. Provide training and support to the sales team on marketing strategies and product knowledge.
∎ 14. Assist in the development of sales pitches and presentations.
∎ 15. Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
∎ 16. Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
∎ 17. Manage customer databases and utilize CRM tools to track and analyze customer interactions.
