Job Responsibilities:
∎ Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
∎ Initiate action plan to find out new idea to generate sale and also find out new ideas for attraction to the customers.
∎ Should have capabilities to prepare & implement Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Strategic Marketing Plan.
∎ Have the capability to lead Marketing Team & Train members of the Team.
∎ Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs and offer.
∎ To visit apartments/projects with client and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
∎ Proactively gather market feedback and monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities to support sales strategies of the Company.
∎ Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/quarterly/monthly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
∎ Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
∎ Involvement in physical Branding activities.
∎ Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records. Ensure and maintaining proper records keeping of all sales activities in the computer.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop Sales team and identify the training needs of our associates and implementing training programs to build up professionalism.
∎ Developing themes for different occasions and products.
∎ Promote and enhance the brand and brand image.
∎ Refine overall brand positioning, USP and create brand guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 or more year working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ Sufficient Knowledge on Real Estate/ Developer Business and present market scenario.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic, Self motivated.
∎ Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.
∎ Capability of convincing Prospect.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
