Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc / MSc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To carry out all the design work of the building with the architect/engineering office.
∎ Storing, analyzing and sharing all designs/data provided by Architect Office with higher authorities.
∎ Studying project concepts, architectural drawings, electrical and sanitary drawings and implementing them in construction projects.
∎ Preparing projects, building construction plans and work schedules.
∎ Preparation of BOQ after detailed review of the project to determine the method of construction work and estimated cost of the building as per the design.
∎ To carry out detailed analysis and take necessary measures to reduce the construction cost of the project.
∎ Carrying out all Rajuk related work.
∎ To verify whether the quality of work is maintained as per the design.
∎ Reviewing work progress on daily/weekly and monthly basis with site engineers.
∎ Visit site 1/2 times a week and monitor progress of work.
∎ Ensuring quality control and safety of workers on site.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management authority.
∎ Knowledge of computer office programs including AutoCAD is a must.
∎ Having knowledge of FAR of Rajuk designed buildings.
