Job Context:
∎ Superfoods Company is a new fast growing company in Dhaka city.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Superfood company Sales & Marketing.
∎ Take care responsible for Superfoods Outlet.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies in alignment with Company's strategic directions to meet its corporate goal.
∎ To contribute to maximize market share through robust and streamlined marketing campaigns.
∎ To supervise a team and to develop their competency to perform jobs as well as projects;
∎ To ensure necessary communications with internal and external stakeholders;
∎ To track team performance and guide them to be successful in each assignment;
∎ To collaborate with all concerned in entire Product Life Cycle (PLC) management;
∎ To provide all-out supports to concerned supervisor and other Management Staffs on organizational issues.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline from a reputed University.
∎ Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excell and Office.
∎ Good command of written and spoken English
∎ Knack for creativity, marketing and technology.
∎ Skills Required: Brand communication strategy, Brand Planning/ Development, Branding, Digital Marketing, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Presentation skill
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
