Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS/M-Pharm/B-Pharm from reputed university, having MBA degree will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plan for Pharma OTC products, Male/Female Contraceptives or any assigned products from ground up
∎ Analyze, develop and execute pricing model to optimize profitability
∎ Develop innovative marketing strategies for product launch
∎ Launch Pharma OTC products; Male/Female contraceptive or any assigned products.
∎ Manage all marketing activities including regulatory affairs of assigned portfolio.
∎ Work with advertising agencies from idea generation to execution
∎ Prepare brand plan, promotional campaign, annual marketing plan with budgets
∎ Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establish distribution network and develop distribution strategies
∎ Plan, design and implement promotional campaigns, identify new business opportunities and other marketing activities
∎ Coordinate with Sales Division to determine strategies and plans linked with distribution, promotional materials and other associated activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading pharmaceutical companies.
∎ Strong planning, development, analytical and presentation skill
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
Salary:
