Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or equivalent qualification, preferably from IBA, NSU, DU, BUP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plan for hygiene/food/drink products from ground up
∎ Analyze, develop and execute pricing model to optimize profitability
∎ Develop innovative marketing strategies for product launch
∎ Work with advertising agencies from idea generation to execution
∎ Prepare brand plan, promotional campaign, annual marketing plan with budgets
∎ Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establish distribution network and develop distribution strategies.
∎ Plan, design and implement promotional campaigns, identify new business opportunities and other marketing activities
∎ Develop product quality using research of driven consumer insights and production of communication materials and distribution
∎ Coordinate with sales to determine strategies and need for promotional materials
∎ Guide the team in achieving marketing objectives and maintaining strong professional liaison with stakeholders
∎ Coordinate with Sales Division to determine strategies and plans linked with distribution, promotional materials and other associated activities
∎ Assist research department in the development of protocols and questionnaires related to hygiene products research projects and follow up on the findings and analysis of data
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Minimum 7 years' experience in reputed FMCG Marketing
∎ Strong planning, development, analytical and presentation skill.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Advance skills in business applications
Salary: Negotiable
