Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the field force, monitor Sales & collection status closely and ensure maximum turnover against Sales & Collection in assigned area.
∎ Responsible for achieving the Sales target of the Company.
∎ Create new agents, regular visit of agents, perspective agents, customers, farmers.
∎ Competitor's information's, Sales information, others approval reports send to head office time to time.
∎ Maintaining agent & distribution network.
∎ To arrange promotional activity like as farmers meeting, get together with potential agents, customers, farmers.
∎ Develop the brand image of the company.
∎ Others relevant work assigned by Authority.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Technical problem solutions create product demand & help sales to the customer.
∎ Submit accurate information to head office about company's product performance.
∎ Build up strong relationship with farmers, customers, Dealer & feed sales related personnel.
∎ Develop the brand image of the company.
∎ Responsible for achieving the Sales target of the Company.
∎ Make a Sales & Marketing plan
∎ Competitor's information's, Sales information, others approval reports send to Head office time to time.
∎ Create potential agents, routine visit to agents, customers& dealers
∎ For satisfying the agents to give instant solution of any problem by concerning the higher management.
∎ To arrange promotional activity like as spot meeting, get together with potential agents, customers, farmers.
∎ Assist in territory wise business trend analysis, branding and communication tools development and implementation.
∎ Improve continuously the performance of the products and services by taking relevant corrective and preventive actions, and plan for and deliver best practice initiatives for products to drive revenues.
∎ Arrange two Sales meeting per months.
∎ Develop the brand image of the company.
∎ Others relevant work assigned by Authority.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
