∎ The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing the Marketing and Communications strategy to
∎ deliver Northern Education Group`s business development and student enrolment goals for the company`s
∎ sub-brands.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing the Marketing and Communications strategy to deliver Northern Education Group's business
∎ development and student enrolment goals for the company's sub-brands.
∎ Overseeing the design, creation and distribution of ATL marketing materials for Bangladesh, performance
∎ season programs etc. by internal graphic designer or managing external designers and printers.
∎ Overseeing lead generation and digital advertising for Bangladesh market to ensure audition and enrolment
∎ targets are met.
∎ Overseeing the email marketing strategy to acquire, convert, reactivate and engage prospective and current
∎ clients.
∎ This describes the broad scope of the role and is not an exhaustive list. It may also change from time to time
∎ with due consultation to meet the changing needs of the business.

∎ About You:
∎ To shine in this role, you will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. We are professionals
∎ with a big footprint across Bangladesh that has now expanded to Asia-Pacific Region, so looking for a
∎ marketing jack-of-all trades ready to jump in and get things done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years communications and marketing experience with highly developed stakeholder management skills
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in marketing or any other related qualification from a
∎ reputed public / private university
∎ Experience in development, management and implementation of media strategy and buying to generate
∎ maximum efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Extensive experience in managing and evaluating research and developing actionable insights and outcomes
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a changeable environment
∎ Illustrated competence across the full suite of digital marketing tools, including written communications,
∎ website development / maintenance, research and brand management
∎ Knowledge of social and digital trends, along with experience in SEO, channel optimization and web analytics
∎ Strong skills relating in the Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
∎
∎ Experience with a database / CRM highly beneficial
∎ Previous budgeting and business planning experience
∎ Ability to maintaining high standard of ethics and discipline throughout the professional life
