∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the electrical or electronic meter industry and marketing of electrical/electronic meter, prepaid meter, water meter etc.
∎ Prior leadership or team management experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, service and support.
∎ Oversee regular visits to dealers and key clients to nurture and strengthen business relationships.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and market analysis to senior management.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
