Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement efficient marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns to drive the growth agenda.
∎ Build and implement a range of Digital Marketing strategies in line with business objectives
∎ Manage all Digital Advertising across all platforms, including Google and Social Ads
∎ Develop content, including photos and videos for social media platforms, ensuring optimised, relevant content creation, posting, scheduling, and monitoring activity.
∎ Create blog content for the website and landing pages.
∎ Build 'Brand Persona', and maintain an ongoing pipeline of promotional activities.
∎ Tracking, monitoring, and analysing campaign performance across all channels like email, SMS, paid social media, PPC, SEO, and beyond to demonstrate data-backed performance marketing.
∎ Undertake market research including monitoring and analysing market trends, studying competitors, their services and identify new opportunities.
∎ Lead the marketing team to build strong relationships across all business functions to deliver results, i.e., achievement of student enrolment targets for the Bangladesh market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The ideal candidate will have: High-level verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking, including the ability to develop and frequently deliver presentations to a range of audiences.
∎ Understanding of CMS (WordPress, Elementor, etc.) & CRM software, such as DigiConnect, etc.
∎ Knowledge of HTML and SEO (on-page, off-page & technical SEO)/SEM optimisation.
∎ Experiences in the Education Industry, (preferred but not mandatory).
