To lead our Marketing team of Animal Healthcare Division, we are looking for a dynamic, hard-working self - motivated and target-oriented Leader.
∎ Animal HealthCare Division
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all marketing activities of the company and activities within Marketing & Sales Department.
∎ Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company's objective.
∎ Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
∎ Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
∎ Capability to handle effectively a Marketing & Sales team of 250-300 persons.
∎ Target oriented Leader who can easily achieve Monthly and yearly sales target as per company's guideline.
∎ Team building and removing obstacles for growth.
∎ Conducting monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of sales and marketing team.
∎ Ensuring availability of products as per sale and targets.
∎ Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise.
∎ Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship.
∎ Organizing conferences and seminars for DVM and Animal Healthcare professionals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 5 Years working Experience in similar position in any reputed Animal Healthcare Pharmaceuticals company.
∎ Good Networking ability.
∎ Good Contact with DVM, Chemist, and Animal HealthCare Professionals.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Good command over MS- Office.
Salary: Negotiable
