Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales promotion and development of new market opportunities for increasing sales Gathering, disseminating, analysis of data of marketing data and report writing.
∎ Strategic planning for sales and fulfilling the given sales target.
∎ Analyze tiles markets of agent sales, corporate level, industrial, government projects, private development projects and plan for Direct Sales across the country.
∎ Build strong relationship with dealers, real-estate developers, building owners/promoters, engineers/architects, contractors, fitters, and other corporate and project customers.
∎ Managing distribution channel and logistics for delivery services.
∎ Liaison with dealers, real-estate developers, building owners/promoters, engineers/architects, contractors, fitters, and other customers.
∎ Execute the marketing & sales plan of the company.
∎ Conversant with functionality and technical parameters of tiles and able to guide the customers to choose right products.
∎ Ensure proper and systematic display of tiles at the outlets of the dealers and other specified locations through distribution and maintenance of Merchandising Tools.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
∎ Participate Trade Shows, One to One meeting with real-estate developers, architects, contractors, and homeowners.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate Marketing, Direct Sales and Marketing, Tiles Marketing Sales
∎ Bike-riders will be preferred.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS application (Word, excel, Power Point)
∎ Should have positive attitude, smart, energetic, hardworking, target driven, result oriented, passion for sales activities, quick learner, amicable an excellent liaison maintaining capacity and ability to work in a team.
∎ Proactive and good knowledge of Marketing and Sales Management.
