Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Applicants must have an academic background in Marketing

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion

• Age At least 23 years
• Only Female

2–3 years of experience in marketing

Prior experience in brand marketing will be preferred

Strong communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage

Creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the brand

• Plan and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns

• Handle social media marketing, content planning, and promotional activities

• Coordinate with the design, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior

• Increase brand awareness and drive sales growth

• Prepare marketing reports and performance analyses

• Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on results

• Maintain communication with vendors, partners, and external agencies when needed

• Support product promotion, branding, and new campaign launches

• Generate creative ideas for promotional offers and customer engagement

• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and brand activation activities

• Ensure all marketing materials and activities are aligned with brand identity

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Holiday :Friday
