Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Café Amazon’s brand identity and business objectives.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Create and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across all campaigns and initiatives.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
∎ Maintain and enhance Café Amazon’s brand image and positioning in the Bangladesh market.
∎ Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and customer touchpoints.
∎ Develop and oversee the execution of brand campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
∎ Work with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials.
∎ Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase Café Amazon’s online presence and drive traffic to the company’s website and social media platforms.
∎ Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
∎ Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and ensure alignment with Café Amazon’s brand and objectives.

∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Marketing / Hospitality & any Professional Diploma will be a plus.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement strategies.
