Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Candidate from the reputed University in preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of Leather and Synthetic Shoe, to obtain orders from different dealers/buyers and have adequate knowledge about Leather Product marketing.
∎ To meet company Export and Local sales target for both individual & team performance.
∎ Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
∎ To follow up progress of sales team.
∎ Must have ability to monitor development of delivery.
∎ Develop and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and achieve sales target.
∎ Able to make yearly Export plan, create new Export making good relation with the existing and new clients etc.
∎ Responsible for implementing Market Coverage, Sales forecasts & Achievement strategies.
∎ Developing and establishing new Customers including corporate.
∎ Maintaining accurate records.
∎ Negotiating contracts and packages.
∎ Aiming to achieve weekly, monthly or annual targets.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s) : Leather product, Export and Local Sales
∎ Experience in Shoe and Paper Industries will get prefer.
