∎ 1. Experience in marketing in the healthcare or hospital sector is required.
∎ 2. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to motivate a team.
∎ 3. A solid understanding of digital marketing, social media promotion, and content planning.
∎ 4. Strong interpersonal skills to connect with local doctors, pharmacies, clinics, and the community.
∎ 5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent communication skills both in Bengali and English (both written and spoken).
∎ 6. Proficiency in computer skills, especially with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in creating and monitoring advertising/promotional content is preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. To lead the marketing team and execute hospital marketing-related activities.
∎ 2. To meet the target and ensure regular patient flow through local and digital outreach.
∎ 3. Develop new referral sources and promote hospital services effectively.
∎ 4. Drive to increase daily and monthly patient counts and revenue.5. Initial communication and relationship development with local doctors, clinics, and corporate bodies.
∎ 6. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on knowledge of hospital objectives, market trends, and patient behavior.
∎ 7. Use market forecasting and strategic planning to increase service awareness and brand positioning.
∎ 8. Initiate community outreach programs and analyze their impact.9. Monitor and analyze both digital and field marketing performance, and submit regular reports to management.
