Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences.
∎ Manage the company's social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and videos.
∎ Organize promotional events and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
∎ Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Build strong relationships with media outlets and stakeholders to ensure positive publicity for the company.
∎ Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 65000 (Monthly)
