Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with the overall business objectives
∎ Provide leadership and direction to the management team and staff, ensuring a high-performance culture that delivers results
∎ Monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry associations
∎ Identify new business opportunities, and drive innovation and product development initiatives
∎ Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance
