∎ Masters/ MBA (Marketing)/Graduate (Science up to HSC level will get preference).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of Marketing Executive/Sr. Executive is to ensure overall client/doctor relationship and to gain their satisfaction through proper service.
∎ Develop new clients/corporate organizations, maintain existing clients/organization with optimum service.
∎ Guide patients/clients or consultants about our newly introduced items of the organization.
∎ Guide the patients/clients regarding investigation, medication & test preparation and ICU, CCU, NICU, Dialysis.
∎ Manage, plan and schedule marketing activities to meet organization goal and achievement of target.
∎ Be updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs of the organization.
∎ Ensure effective analysis of market condition and prepare sales program based on the situation.
∎ Promote decorative products by coordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget.
∎ Execute of sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity and business efficacy.
∎ Generate different campaign for the organization.
∎ To be persuasive for business acquisitions, planning and development.
∎ Responsible to effectively meet the monthly sales target.
∎ Managing client/doctor/corporate organization relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
∎ Meticulously implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans of molecular and other general tests.
∎ Maintain liaison with the medical associations, institutes and organization for better outcomes.
∎ Create and maintain data and be an active user of CRM.
∎ Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service.
∎ Liaise with the client market and respond to enquiries, introducing products and services to Customers.
∎ Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives.
∎ Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
∎ Any kind of task assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
∎ Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access) is must.
∎ Candidates having working experiences in any reputed Pharmaceuticals Company and modern private hospital/Molecular diagnostic center will be given preference.
