• Must have Computer Proficiency, Internet Browsing and Email using capability.

• Select/create a micro distributor (HUB) for market and sales development according to the business plan and strategy.
• Manage companies’ relationship with Partners; resolve issues & communicate solution to thefield.
• Strengthen the relationship with each partner/ Distributor and meet them locally.
• Able to meet the company’s revenue target.·
• Work closely with department heads in the implementation of strategies regionally.
• Monitor and ensure each territory’s sales activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on HUB expansion, lifting, and sales penetration.
• Prepare daily/ monthly travel plans as per business expansion and development.
• To follow up the field force daily with attendance as per tour schedule or route plan.
• Receiving & processing purchase orders.
• Preparing & processing sales orders & invoices.
• To drive the field force for achieving target and ensuring collection in daily/weekly/monthly.
• Visit existing & potential clients on a regular basis, find out customer needs and take necessary action to fulfill those.
• Ensuring timely delivery of products or services. Coordinating appointments, meetings & and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Keep in touch of competitor activities with sales, price, commission, new product entry and report to superior accordingly.
