∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
∎ Master's Degree from any reputed University. MBA in Marketing will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act to achieve sales target of the Company.
∎ Must have good knowledge to create effective sales planning and implantation the same.
∎ Planning and implementing effective business strategies to achieve the business growth.
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential clients.
∎ Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
∎ Develop potential clients & maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill the responsibilities and be result oriented.
∎ Maintain rapport with the existing customer to retain them effectively.
∎ Visiting targeted number of clients & maintain a relationship with them.
∎ Follow up all sales presentation.
∎ Continually updates information on local market trends and competition.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) at real state sector.
∎ Minimum 1-3 Years' experience of sale of apartments in a reputed real estate company.
∎ Real Estate, Developer.

Salary: Negotiable
