• Age 18 to 45 years

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years (up to 5 years preferred) in International Courier or Freight Forwarding industry.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote international courier services across Bangladesh.

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, B2B partners, and e-commerce businesses for courier service agreements.

• Visit client offices and business establishments across Bangladesh for sales calls, presentations, and relationship management as required.

• Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the international courier sector.

• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to resolve client issues promptly.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports to management.

• Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and business expos when required.

• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Education:

• H.S.C / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years (up to 5 years preferred) in International Courier or Freight Forwarding industry.

Field Work:

• Must be willing to travel anywhere within Bangladesh for client visits and business development purposes.
