Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate and construction markets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
∎ Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Generate and follow up on leads to convert potential clients into sales.
∎ Maintain a customer database and keep it updated with relevant information.
∎ Conduct site visits with prospective clients, providing detailed information and addressing all inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Facilitate a smooth and informative experience for the clients.
∎ Adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate client schedules and site visit timings.
∎ Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's real estate projects and construction services.
∎ Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
∎ Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
∎ Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and open houses to attract potential clients.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
∎ Team Collaboration:
∎ Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager and other team members to achieve departmental goals.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and finance, to ensure project success.
∎ Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
