Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for managing the sale of T-shirt within the assigned location.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Showroom to encourage collaboration and ensure sustained growth.
Conduct regular visits to Clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor showroom compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Track and report on clients performance metrics, including sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Work effectively with corporate clients, local cloth showroom and other key stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with potential buyers and close sales deals.
Assist in implementing sales plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
