• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to secure architectural & engineering projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to attract clients and expand the company’s project portfolio.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with developers, real estate firms, corporate, government, semi-government, individual client and other stakeholders like NGO, doner, foreign fund etc. to generate leads and drive project acquisition.

• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and networking events to effectively communicate our design expertise and services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and marketing materials tailored to client needs.

• Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

• Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and establish the firm as a leader in innovative architectural solutions.

• Consistently follow up with potential clients, track leads, and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to project initiation.
