Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
∎ Identify and target new customer segments through data analysis and audience research.
∎ Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize lead generation performance and ROI.
∎ Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search (Google Ads), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing, and content marketing.
∎ Designing campaigns poster and Motion Graphics.
∎ Develop engaging ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages optimized for conversion.
∎ Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and user engagement.
∎ Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines to improve organic lead acquisition.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to develop blogs, eBooks, videos, and other resources to attract and educate potential leads.
∎ Build and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
∎ Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for better results.
∎ Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics for campaigns, including lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
∎ Provide regular reports to stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
∎ Build relationships with external partners and vendors to amplify lead-generation efforts.
∎ Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices for digital marketing and lead generation.
