Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to take challenges to achieve individual sales targets.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target according to marketing and sales plan.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, monthly sales report.
∎ To work for achieving sales target that is set by the management.
∎ To do necessary paper works for record keeping, correspondences and updating files.
∎ Making calls from own database to generate sales leads.
∎ To convince customers and take feedback from clients.
∎ To identify customer type, their interest and collect basic information which is required to make sale.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor and management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have clear knowledge about the Real Estate Industries.
∎ Should be smart, well groomed & self motivated.
∎ Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
