• 2 years’ experience in knit fabrics marketing or merchandising.

• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.

• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Skills & Expertise

• Fluent in both English and Bengali, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Introduce new buyer and need to collect order for smooth production.

• Need to prepare all program (lab dip, knitting, dyeing, etc) and follow up with concern team.

• Maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA).

• Maintain professional relationships with buyers and with their representative, also Provide guidance to factories on buyer-specific systems and procedures.

• Monitor daily production & quality activities and address any issues promptly.

• Ensure proper coordination among production, planning, material sourcing, and other relevant teams to meet shipment deadlines.

• Ensure the correct and timely submission of samples for confirmed orders and new developments. Supervise sample activities and maintain quality standards.
