Key Responsibilities

• Conduct area-based field marketing for engineering, construction, interior design, and consultancy services
• Identify new clients, projects, and business opportunities
• Visit client offices, construction sites, and project locations
• Promote company services confidently and professionally
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets within deadlines
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports
• Collect market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor insights
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and management teams
• Ensure proper follow-up and support during project acquisition
• Perform effectively under pressure and meet strict timelines
