Responsibilities & Context:
Having a strong network of local sub-agents supplying workers to Middle Eastern countries i.e Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar,All Europe, schengen and non-schengen country and others.
Regularly visit recruiting agencies to promote services and engage in tele-sales with sub-agents.
Gather & shortlist potential workers` biodata, shortlisting candidates based on the requirements of foreign recruiters.
Organize and schedule interviews with foreign delegates for worker recruitment.
