Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven Sales experiences
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target both personal and team
∎ Understanding Customers' needs and developing potential customers
∎ Responsible to build relationship approach to the prospective customers.
∎ Collect, Forecast and analyze the market data for operating plan.
∎ Analysis the competitor's market data and report submit to the respective supervisor.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
∎ Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Friendly computer user

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Insurance
∎ Other benefits as per Company Policy
∎ 10% Sales Commission
