• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services

• Manage online and offline campaigns to generate leads.

• Create and distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, social media posts).

• Must have a visit mentality outside the city.

• Handle the firm’s social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Communicate with potential clients/students to explain available services, courses, or programs.

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance and client leads.

• Manage inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.

• Support the branch manager or senior counselor with administrative and operational duties.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
