Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Masters/ BBA/ MBA with major in marketing from a leading university.
∎ Skills Required: Advertising & Promotion, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Software, Distribution Sales, Distribution Supply Chain Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve the sales target.
∎ Identify potential target customers and visit potential clients.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing reports.
∎ Maintain, update the database regarding market and customer visits
∎ Follow up and build a strong relationship with clients through phone call, direct marketing and personal visit on regular basis.
∎ Customer Targeting and Activity Planning.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management as per company policy.
∎ Time to time different report preparation and submission to the Management as per their requirements.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales & marketing of Security & Surveillance products.
∎ Software and other IT product.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event management & marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement
∎ Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting
∎ Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
∎ Strong communication skills - written and oral
∎ Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
∎ Expert in planning and maintaining campaigns, preparing reports, proposals and presentation decks with correct formatting
∎ Excellent business communication and negotiation skills
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time
∎ You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
∎ Confident with a dynamic personality.

Salary: Negotiable
