• Age 20 to 35 years

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Willingness to travel within the city if required.

• Prior experience in manpower/recruiting agencies will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic English speaking ability.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote company services to potential clients and candidates

• Generate leads and maintain client relationships

• Communicate with overseas partners and local clients

• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Conduct field visits and client meetings when required

• Maintain proper documentation and reports of sales activities

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
