∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ For skilled person educational requirement will be reducing
∎ Performance based annual increment. Opportunity to be permanent with revised salary after 6-month probation time
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and executing sales & marketing strategies
∎ Build and maintain relationships with current clients and their prospects.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Achieving Individual Sales Targets through sales within target audience group.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
∎ Ensure the sales target/month as defined by management.
∎ Generating leads for face-to-face appointments.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services and keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
∎ Ready to visit potential client for business development
∎ Monitor all IT base products
∎ Working/Collaborating with multiple teams such as support, development, and design. Also Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Prepare and posting online content for the company's social media page and website.
∎ Strong understanding and experience in Email Marketing. Reviewing sales performance. Working towards monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication Skills - Verbal and Written in Bangla and English
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Have Basic knowledge on Graphics Design
∎ Experience in working as part of a team
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Online marketing/ Digital Marketing, Tourism, Software Company
