∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BBA in marketing preferred.
∎ Diploma in Architecture/ equivalent or Bachelor's in any discipline with a proven track record may also apply.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual business targets monthly, quarterly, half quarterly and yearly.
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our services
∎ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
∎ Network and connect with variety of people
∎ Search potential clients over the phone and extensive site visits
∎ Deliver weekly and monthly update report
∎ Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients
∎ Collaborate with our design team to create marketing materials and proposals that meet client needs
∎ Plan and execute events to promote our services
∎ Work with the management to develop marketing collateral and support sales efforts
∎ Negotiate contracts and close sales
∎ Follow-up on payments with the clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of work experience in Marketing and Sales
∎ Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive, with a minimum of 3 years in the interior design and/or similar industry
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong project management skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
∎ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns
∎ Understanding of design and ability to communicate design concepts in marketing materials and sales presentations
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Willingness to travel as needed
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
